First Level - Permission

Well it doesn't give us any idea about the answer.. but what we do know is that

we need to encrypt the text and look for a password.

the basic Hint:
Now, We can see that the word 'password' has a real good pattern..

It's a complex of 8 characters, while the 3rd and the 4th letter are the same.. so now all we need to do

is look for the same pattern in the text.. found it?!  keep looking! let your brain do what he is not doing
